The Rex Adjustable Dumbbells 2–40 kg with 2 kg increments offer a practical and compact solution for complete workouts. The weight is adjusted by rotating the handle clockwise or counterclockwise while the dumbbell is placed on the base. Once lifted from the base, the automatic locking mechanism securely keeps the selected load in place.

The non-slip handle is designed to provide a stable and comfortable grip, increasing safety and control during exercise execution.

Intended Use: Due to the specific design of the selection and locking mechanism, these dumbbells are primarily intended for personal use, home gyms, and small training studios. Note: Before use, ensure that the weight plates are positioned in the correct sequence. The outer plates have a completely flat surface, while the inner plates feature a protruding hook. Correct plate positioning is essential to ensure proper operation of the selection and locking system.
