Introducing the Light Adjustable Bench (incline and decline)

Maximum versatility: 3 seat positions + 14 backrest angles, for a total of 33 possible settings. Easily switch from a 90° position for dumbbell presses or curls to negative angles for exercises targeting the lower chest.

The wide base ensures incredible stability even during heavy lifts, and the wheels allow for easy movement.

Version 2.0 upgrades:

  • 6 cm padding (up from 5.5 cm)

  • 30 cm wide seat (up from 26 cm)

  • 14 backrest angles (up from 11)
