Our Rouge Adjustable Bench adapts to every bench workout. It features 10 backrest positions (from 0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat settings (0, 15, and 30 degrees). With a 1" gap between the seat cushion and the backrest, it provides comfort across a wide range of inclinations. The new adjustment arm design allows for quick and easy changes from one exercise to another. Add a touch of red to your workout!
