DESCRIPTION

The RexGym Compact Adjustable Bench is designed to provide versatility, stability, and minimal footprint. Its compact construction still allows you to perform a wide variety of exercises with dumbbells and barbells.

The 10-position adjustable backrest, from -8° to 85°, allows you to move from decline to flat and multiple incline positions, making it suitable for presses, flyes, shoulder presses, and many other exercises. The 4-position adjustable seat helps you find a stable and comfortable position according to the selected backrest angle.

The backrest and seat feature 6 cm thick padding, designed to provide reliable support during training. The frame is constructed from 70 × 50 mm steel tubing with a thickness of 2.5 mm, ensuring excellent strength while keeping the overall weight of the bench low.

With a length of just 122 cm and a net weight of 20 kg, it is easy to handle and takes up minimal space. The integrated transport wheels also make it easy to move around the training area.
